Access.exe file shown error : “Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have….”

Problem
When you want to access executable file. You find this error said ” Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item”

Solution
This error raised because “Launching applications and  unsafe files”  was set to “disable”. You can select it to “prompt (recommended)” in order to access executable file. This Internet Explorer option located in Tools – Internet Options – Security Tab – Custom Level.
